Anna Silk
Anna Silk is Canadian actress who has been best known in Canada for the role in the film Bo. Silk was created by Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay is the producer and director of the drama in St. Thomas University, is Silk's mother. Her father, Peter, was an academic. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna is able to recall her earliest memories of life, including attending rehearsals and watching of stage plays. Silk was featured in many commercials as an infant. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Arts from St. Thomas University in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas was involved in at least two early theater productions including Seven Menus (1997) and The Kitchen (1999). Silk relocated to Toronto to pursue her acting career in the month of November 1999, and during the next decade, she moved to Los Angeles California. Seth Cooperman met Silk at the Actors Workshop held in Los Angeles, in 2007. They got married in December 2009 following a civil ceremony. The couple renewed their vows on April 10th, 2011 in Fredericton in the aftermath of Silk's converted to Judaism. Silk Cooperman had her first son Samuel Jerome Cooperman May 2013 Levi Aaron, her second child was born 13 May 2016. Silk's TV work is centered around the character Cassidy Holland in Being Erica for which she received an Gemini Awards nomination in 2009. In 2009 she was cast as Bo Dennis, the lead character Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. Silk was expecting while filming the final episode of the third series. Silk announced her pregnancy to the fans in the Showcase Season Three pre-show special on the 6th of January, 2013. Silk posted on Twitter on June 20, 2013 to announce that she was ready to return to work. The 4th of June 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures officially announced the beginning of the production of the fourth season. CNN recognized Bo's performance along with Lauren (Zoie Palermo) in Lost Girl one of the most popular television couples of all time. E! voted it the top couple on TV for 2013.
